Waitin for creation
Of an overnight sensation
Or cosmic visitation

When off to my left side
Comes an alien flyby
Tryin to fool my trained eye
When it vanished in the sky

Sittin here in car nation
Looking for a gas station
Gotta keep the engine racin
To reach my destination

When off to my right side
An alien's tryin to hitch a ride
Tryin to get inside
Just meet me at the light
